Tasting Notes
Nose
A mix of woody aromas and green fruits; charred oak, furniture polish, pralines, orange zest and guava. The nose remains fresh with hints of lemon yoghurt and soft floral notes.
Taste
This is a delicate, refined whisky with subtle cask driven notes of vanilla custard and coconut milk interacting with Tomatin’scharacteristic mix of apples and citrus fruit alongside floral flavours with a pronounced malty backbone. In time a white chocolate flavour emerges.
Finish
Long yet gentle.
