A seasonal limited-edition sake produced by Isojiman. The Isojiman Junmai Daiginjo 42 Spring Breeze is brewed with the finest premium rice Yamadanishiki polished to 42%, blended with high-grade water from Oigawa River in the Alps, excellent homemade yeast and fermented for up to 70 hours at low temperatures. The sake brings aroma of white peach, cantaloupe, Fuji apple, which is refreshing. The taste is smooth, gentle, round and flavourful with an essence of spring breeze.
