Refreshing Ginjo fragrance with no dullness. This sake has a soft sweetness and strong acidity with a pleasant finish. Using Yamadanishiki rice in Tojo’s special A district, the rice is polished to 50% and carefully brewed.
The sake has a natural and refreshing aroma of yellow peach and passion fruits. Smooth and balanced with juicy blueberry, white grapes, and a hint of mint.
It is a perfect sake for a meal with its well balanced aroma, sweetness, umami, and acidity.
