Product Information
The Honjozo is made from 65% Kiyo-Nishiki rice in Yamagata Prefecture, using the famous Oigawa underground water originating from Mt. Aino in the Southern Alps., with handmade koji and superior yeast, this sake is brewed with extra diligence. The sake is distinctive in producing a refreshing taste with a Ginjo aroma.
The mouth is filled with rich fruity sweetness of melons, bananas and pears. It is round, soft on the palate and finished very elegantly.
