This sake is the flagship of the brewery house. A desirable sake for pairing with food. The bottle is packed in a beautiful wooden box. Good balance of dry and sweetness.
Rice polishing ratio up to 35% to draw aromatic melon and peach aroma. Elegant acidity and umami spread in the mouth. Fruitiness is good and acidity is functioning well to pair with foods, demonstrating a great balance of dry and sweetness.
Only good Junmai Daiginjo can show such flavor, acidity and fruitiness at the same time.
