It is commonly known as “Viridian”. This work uses Akita’s high-grade sake rice “Misato Nishiki”. The polishing ratio of the raw material rice is 50% using flat polished rice, and it is a polish that best demonstrates the potential of “Misato Nishiki”. The “Tenpo Carpet” is the thickest and most powerful tailoring in the Colors lineup. In addition, most of the planted area has been switched to pesticide-free cultivation, and the quality of this work has improved since recent years. Enjoy the plump taste immediately after freshly squeezed.
