The R-Type, which supports the bottom of the “No.6” series, is an entry model that you can easily enjoy as a “Regular”. We hope that you will fully enjoy the umami of unpasteurized sake emphasized by kimoto-zukuri.
Produced with the traditional Kimoto method, no yeast, lactic acid additive, it’s very natural Sake, the taste is filled with the unique sourness + sweetness, and they are beautiful.
Towards to the end, the elegant Umami and fruity aroma like muscats are gradually spreading, and the finish is clean and crisp.
